1. When will my order arrive?
Every Fluffy item is made on demand (freshly created just for you!). Processing takes 2–5 business days. Delivery within the EU usually takes 3–7 business days, but please allow up to 12 business days during busy periods.

2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All EU orders come with free shipping – no extra surprises at checkout.

3. Can I return my order?
Because Fluffy products are created on demand, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or wrong color. Returns are only accepted if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In that case, we’ll happily send you a replacement at no extra cost.

4. What if my order is damaged or wrong?
Oh no – that’s not very fluffy! 🐢 Please email us at hello@fluff-y.com within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo. We’ll replace it quickly.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order goes into production, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations. Please double-check your details before you hit β€œOrder now.”
